What we collect
Contact forms store your email address, subject, message, selected language, consent and submission time in the existing website database. Newsletter signup stores your email, selected language, consent and signup time. Please do not submit health records or sensitive personal information.
Why and how long
Contact data supports editorial enquiries and correction requests. Contact messages older than 90 days are deleted when the service starts and during hourly maintenance. Newsletter records are retained until you request removal. Email delivery is not yet activated.
Technical data and external sources
The hosting service may keep essential security and request logs. A temporary in-memory request counter helps prevent form abuse. This website adds no third-party advertising trackers to these forms. Public news and publication feeds are retrieved by our server. External links have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
Consent is required before submitting. You may request access, correction or deletion through Contact the editor, using the email address associated with your enquiry or signup. We may need to verify a request before acting.
